Shipping policy

Many items are made-to-order, and will ship once produced, usually in 1-4 business days, but can occasionally take longer during holidays and sales. Shipping times listed do not include production time. We try to keep as many items in stock as possible, but if you want something to ship immediately, please contact us before placing your order to see if it's in stock. We do our best to produce orders quickly and get them to you as quickly as possible.

All items ship discreetly in a plain brown or white box, with the return address listed as "YM Labs"

We include a reusable cotton storage bag, sticker, and customer care card with most orders.
